Компания осуществляет возврат и обмен товаров надлежащего качества согласно Закону «О защите прав потребителей».

Сроки возврата и обмена

Возврат и обмен товаров возможен в течение 14 дней после получения товара покупателем.

Обратная доставка товаров осуществляется по договоренности.

Условия возврата для товаров надлежащего качества

You can return the item purchased from the seller, Sole Proprietor Liubov Ivanivna Pavlyak, within 14 days from the date of purchase (or receipt of the item). Package the Item - Place the unused item in its original packaging. If the item consists of several parts, the entire set must be returned. Make sure nothing is missing, and that you are returning the item in the same condition as you received it. - If you received a gift with the purchase, you must return the entire set (item plus gift). Otherwise, the nominal value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount. - Include a copy of the receipt for this item. - Complete and include the return form in the package (the form can be found and printed in the section “Delivery and payment terms”). Important:  Clearly write your full name and banking details in the return form.  Ensure that all fields are completed. How to send the item to the service department: 1. You can use your local shipping service at your country. 2. Cancel the "Return Delivery" and "Cash on Delivery" services. We will only accept the return if the item is in proper condition:  No mechanical damage;  Fully complete;  With all labels and factory markings intact. How will I receive my refund? You can provide your bank details for a refund by filling out the return form. Typically, refunds are issued within 14 days after the return decision is made.

Согласно Закону «О защите прав потребителей», компания может отказать потребителю в обмене и возврате товаров надлежащего качества, если они относятся к категориям, указанным в действующем Перечне непродовольственных товаров надлежащего качества, не подлежащих возврату и обмену.
